2025 BSA: AML/CFT Brush-Up | About The Program | October 22, 2025

Topics TBD (please check back soon!)

Don’t miss out on this essential one-day BSA/AML/CFT Year-End Update program! Get the latest insights and tools designed for today’s BSA Officers and their teams. This program not only helps you stay ahead of current trends but also ensures you meet the annual training requirements mandated by BSA regulations.

In an era where the financial sector is increasingly pivotal in preventing money laundering and terrorism financing, adhering to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) remains a top priority for regulators.

This program is your chance to dive into emerging trends and hot topics in BSA/AML, gain valuable insights, and network with peers. You’ll leave with practical “takeaways” and “real world” examples to enhance your BSA Compliance Program and gear up for your next BSA examination and audit.

Target Audience:   This program is designed for BSA/AML compliance and fraud team members and support staffs, audit team members, and Individuals with accountability and responsibility for BSA Compliance.  Because the focus is on emerging trends and hot topics,  the program is more appropriate for those who have a working knowledge of BSA/AML.

About our Presenter:

Dianne Barton is the Founder and President of Performance Solutions, Inc. As a former banker, her services, which include a broad scope including strategic planning, leadership and management development, regulatory and compliance implementations, retail growth strategies and sales & services culture development, are recognized as “real world banking solutions”.

Dianne’s training programs are designed to “close the gap” between banks’ needs and employees’ skills. A philosophy of experiential learning and participant involvement in training led to her “TELL-SHOW-DO” training method that is skill based rather than theory based. The training limits lecture discussion to a maximum of 7-9 minutes, relying on active, high energy, “hands on” approach by the participants.
