AI Workshop for Community Banks
AI Workshop for Community Banks
Event Details
AI is everywhere, and for community banks, knowing where to start (and what actually matters) can feel overwhelming.
The Virginia Association of Community Banks (VACB) is partnering with SingleStone to bring our members a practical, hands-on workshop designed to cut through the noise and focus on what’s real, relevant, and actionable. Chris Busse, Head of AI and Consulting at SingleStone, has designed this workshop for those who don’t know what they don’t know, and want a clear, confident starting point. He’ll be joined by Tracy Glen, Chief Client Success Officer at SingleStone, who brings over 20 years of experience in financial services.
This session will cover:
- A practical, approachable introduction to AI, without the technical overwhelm
- Real-world use cases for community banks, from customer communications to internal workflows
- How to evaluate tools, vendors, and where to begin (including platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and more)
- How building AI capabilities with your own organizational context can create real competitive advantage
- Hands-on elements, live demonstrations, and working sessions to help you apply what you learn
